to answer your question, no its not going to help you gain weight. 'I think' that only eating more will help you do that.
At 73inches and 140 lbs, you can very easily put on 40-50 lbs in two years without anything but good old-fasioned abbreviated weight training and massive amounts of whole foods and shakes.
Many users report no reaction whatsoever from using B-12. Forget B-12.
Are you eating something right now? Because if you arent, you should be.
You need to learn how to gain naturally before even thinking about anabolics.
