sticking yourself in the glute?

do u guys usually get someone to stick yourself in the glute..or do ppl do it urself!?i havent done a glute shot as of yet..im planning on doing it soon.so do u find it easier sticking yourself in the glute..or someone doing it for oyu1?thanks.

It's always easier having someone experienced do it. But it can be done solo.
