been wondering what would be optimal........
Most days I up about 1500, eating same ratios as normal.......but some days I feel like a beast and eat everything(clean).
This poll does not include cheat days
what i do is i eat nething in site..i eat when im not even hungry..but then again..i get 6000 calories a day..and 200 grams of protein.and 600 carbs..jus from my shakes..i take 3 shakes a day..and on top of that..i pretty much eat nething that comes in site!but no chips.no caffefine!
I drink a gallon of milk a day and a gallon of water. I use protein shakes for about 100grams of my protein a day. And then I also use two servings of prolab EnLarge which is 600 calories and 50grams of protein per serving. I eat three main meals that ussually consist of mostly protein. I then eat yogurt, peanutbutter sandwhiches, cheese slices,meatball spagettio's 21grams of protein between all of my meals. which makes it an offical 6 small meals a day.
Every morning I eat bacon or sausage, eggs and toast or biscuits. I ussually eat anywhere from 4-6 eggs depending on how sick I am of eggs that day.
I dont eat any chips,snacks,candy,soda
My diet consists of meat and potatoes, veggies, eggs, tuna(sigh), cottage cheese, oats, and more meat. and 2-3 protein shakes. I also use alot of 0 calorie spray butter and cajun seasoning..don't forget Franks redhot!
Sometimes I gotta sneak in that late night peanut butter and bannana SW on whole wheat bread..YUM!!!
I eat everything in sight, EVERYTHING, even junk food, no chips or pop though, no sh*t like that, lots of meat, potatoes, oats, fast food, pizza, I eat everything as long as it has a sh*T load of protien AND carbs, when bulk I dont drink protien shakes either.
