what brand is one of the best out there and not sure, but is it illegal in the US. want to do a clen eac stack cycle this summer to cut up a bit. Also going to give the good old yohimburn a try also, why not. I know how to do the clen, but not sure how much of the eca i should take during the 2 weeks off of the clen. thanks in advance

im not sure myself im gonna do a clen and keto cycle with my bulking so i dont have to worry too much with the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off thing and just keep it for a full 8 weeks or so

Ephedra would be 25mg 2 or 3 times a day....some ppl take a 100mg a day....but that would be my limit for sure. The rest of the stack is 200 caffeine and just a plain old regular aspirin. As always, make sure you have no heart or blood pressure problems.
