How long till i start PCT

How long after this cycle should i start my PCT.

wk1-10 teste 250mg twice week
wk1-4 d-bol 50mg e/d
wk5-12 winny 50mg e/d
wk1-15 nolva 20mg e/d
heres is my question, should i start it at wk 13 or wait till 15.
wk13-15 clomid therapy

i think its like 3 days after your winny but im not 100% sure do i search on pct start tiime i know its on here somewhere
