[B]maximum gains in 24 hours[/B]
hey fellas,
There was a myth going around my gym from some of the older guys about how to gain an inch on your arms overnight so my two buddys and i tried it out last night. heres what we did...
it was gonna be our very last injection. we started our cycle 8 weeks ago and did sust 250 we wanted to end it with a bang so we decided to see if this myth was fact or fiction.
11:00 pm - we injected, ate dinner packed up 6 meals each, 6 energy drinks each, and 6 protein bars each. 2 of the meals were carb meals
12:00 am - walked into the gym and did 2 hours of biceps - all supersets
2:00 am did tricep supersets
4am did a 4 hour biceps workout
8am did a 4 hour triceps work out
noon = did a 6 hour bicep work out
6pm - did a 5 hour tricep work out with an hour of super setting at the end
11pm did a 1 hour bicep superset work out
we left with my arms going from 17s to 18 1/4"
donny went from 15 1/4 to 16s
and jeff went from 15 1/2 to 16s
but he was being a lil bitz the whole time
anyways right now my arms are still the same size (18.25) so it was all worth it .
Has anyone ever tried this or is anyone willing to step up to the plate? its worth it turst me.
So should i start my clomid now or in 4 days?

Dude, that's insane man! Can't say I've ever heard of that before. Sounds like extreme overtraining, but if it works, ya know? I couldn't have done that, I'd of passed out.

That routine was just in Muscle Fitness mag like two months ago. The issue with Triple H on the cover I believe.

hmmm - sounds like it would be crazy over training IMHP, no matter how much juice you have in your system.
Could it still be pumped or perhaps swollen from serious muscle damage?

i'd say give it a week or two and measure again and i bet they lose the gains, i would say he is still swollen from muscle damage but thats jst my two cents

hey bro, it's most likely water retension due to shock... it's repairing the damage... don't do this often because it can cause permanent damage to your tendons, ligament, etc... that's overtraining... but hey, that extra inch always help... (right ladies? j/k)

yeah - i know david from partying in the city
him and his crew really did this - but i heard most of the time they were only lifting 15 lb dumbells!!!!
