Does anyone know how safe Evocash is to use? As far as how safe your money is, and is it centralized anywhere, that the police can use warrants to trace accounts to individuals?

That is correct, however they are not doing it much longer. They are getting away from Evocash for some unknown reason.

Have used it with no problems the cheapest and fastest wat to fund your account is to overnite via ups/fedex a money order to fund your account. First you need to set one up . WU won't fund Evocash for free.

CA beat me to it. Paypal is not a viable option for this use. For ebay stuff, great, works fine. For anything remotely suspicious, Paypal can freeze your funds, including your bank account funds at the drop of a hat. Also, they cooperate fully with any authorities who may ask questions.

Like Buff said, Evocash is offshore, secure, and not apt to US authorities getting their fingers on it.

WU doesn't do anything for free, it is their busines to make money sending money, why would they do it free?

Use a money order, use the X-changers form, and wait a few days for the funds to make it into your account. It's painless and safe from there.

Moto is the only one I saw suggest this, Money Order! That has to be the easiest and cheapest way to fund an evocash account. All you do is fill out their form, submit the form with your money order and voila! It really is that simple and that cheap.

WU is costly but I think the safest way to send and recieve money..Under 1,000 dollars the person picking up doesn't need to show ID....sending the money you can do that using a fake name...so there is nothing to trace..Plus it is instant....
