what is the best gear to gain strength?

whats up bros? i have a friend that wants to enter a strongman comp this summer, and he wants to really get his strenght up, he's been juicing on and off for about 4 years now but only with the basics (test, deca , d-bol). he wants to know what the best strength gaining gear is.

ps is gh good for gaining strength?

But if you are not looking for serious size, stick with one of the first three I listed.

The best legal remedy I have for strength is determination. Telling yourself that you must lift this can do A LOT to one's "strength" . Trust me, it's helped me on more than one occasion.

what about eq? i've heard that eq is supposidly good for strength.

EQ is a very mild AS great for stacking though. EQ will give you great pumps, you wont see dramatic increase in strength with EQ alone. I hear great things about "Halo" give that a try.

Do you keep your stenght gains with halo or does it tend to go away within short time of ended it? Whats the best for long term gains of strenght finny/halo?

As far as I know, the strength gains from halo are keepable. Not to the level while your on, but definitely will increase strength. Run a search on halo, there are a few bros with alot of experience with it. I can't take it...makes me too aggresive.
