    Sleeping Issues w/ gear

    When you juice, is the lack of sleep a serious issue, or will you get by just fine if you go off of 3/4 hrs. per night?

    Agreed, need sleep to grow, minimum minimum 6hrs. I train so hard when I am on I fall asleep like a baby....

    try a sleep aid bro...melatonin or some even use GABA ( i don;t condone it because i don;t know sae the stuff really is)

    Why not? But, I would also try Valarin ROOT. It has helped me in the past.

    I have sleeping issues when I am on.. actualy I dont sleep much anytime. I go in cycles of good night of sleep for a month or so then will be up till 2am and I get up at 4:30am that last a couple months untill I do somethign to change the paturn.. Currently I use Amben that my Dr prescribed.. only takes me a couple nights of that and I am back on track..

    This works great for me per Dr's orders. Melatonin and 1 benadryl. Peace

    works well.. just ask Coldstone.. he also tends to get into such a deep sleep he gets a bit violent at times.. lol but there are lots of hidden sugars in it..

    try turkey breast... it's protein plus it contains tryptophan which is an amino acid that send signal to the brain to help you calm down, thus induces sleep. i use it sometimes and it actually works... so get some roast turkey...

    Oh yes, don't garble it with a bunch of other stuff like carbs, fat, etc... simply turkey will allow maximum absorption of the tryptophan...

    turkey has a hormone in it that makes you sleepy.. ie think about after thanksgiving dinner watching the cowboys.. lol .. but i think its most effective when its baked.. am I not correct on this.. maybe my parents lie to me
