Keep an eye on it if it starts to get hot and you start to run a temp you have a problem...... but this will happen when the oil doesn't absorb quickly..... you should be fine...... use some heat to help losen up the oil.

its not bad until it turns into a abcess, it sounds like u didnt shoot deep enough it should go away in a few days..
