yes 1/2 cc ed, its the same as 500 mcg's, if you are feeling really sh*tty, then you can do 1 cc

some people say it reduces soreness in the injection site, i wouldnt know

from what ive read is b-12 through injection, increases awareness, gives you great energy and a bigger appetite...and ive also read that the oral do no compare at all to injections.. some will use b12 to cut their prop injections to reduce the pain..
