Z-track injections

Anyone perform their injections in this way? Does it make a difference?

I tried it once.. it works.. no oil leaks oout.. or blood.. but You can only do self ztrack in certian sites.. it works tho...

Z method is a technique taught in many nursing schools. It was one of the techniques we learned when injecting thick suspension. Quite useful in prevention of leakage.
