Eat big but clean after your cycle, your body still needs calories to maintain the muscle but since you aren't on anything your body won't be able to use all those calories. As for how long you do it, that depends on how long you are bulking.
what do you mean on how long your bulking?? take for instance i was planning on doing 2 bulk cycles back to back(12 on 12 off 12 on) how long after that first cycle will i need to keep my cals up and protein?
