Usually express companies like Fedex and UPS will strictly refuse to transport anyhting 'medical' or 'pharmaceutical' from person to person, they will only do it from a verified company to a person. Your other options are to purchase a pre-paid package/envelope and then put your stuff in it and drop it in the mailbox.

umm...i didnt say anyhting super secretive or illegal, i just pointed out how postal service deals with these products,
