How to suspend HCG

I have 30000iu of HCG which translates to a couple Tblsp of fluid. Its impossible to draw up 1/60 of a Tblsp accurate so I obviously have to dilute it.

I ahve 30cc of streil oil. I was planning on dumping ther HCG into the sterile oil and thus have a suspension of 1000iu per cc. So a half cc woud be my E4D dose.

I just realized that since I have to refrigerate that stuff - I will have to heat it every time I draw cause oil gets real thick and difficult when cold and I dont want to keep heating the whole vial every time.

Is there somne other liquid I can suspend the HCG in such that it wont thicken up during refrigeration ?

This liquid also has to be safe to inject IM of course.
