    Sust 250 (testogen 250)
    Decca 200
    and Dbol tabs...

    how much wieghtwill i gain over a 2 mths period usage of this>?? please help...

    Dude,
    Nobody here can tell you how much weight you will gain. There are many factors. Diet, training, rest, and what amounts you are taking. Do it right and you'll get big!

    It all depends on how your body reacts to the gear, I would say anywhere from 5lbs- 30lbs. Once again this is an estimated range. No one can tell for sure until you try it.

    400mg per week

    sust 250 500 mg per week

    and 30-50 mg a day for 2 ths of dbol ...

    what should i xpect for gains if i eat like a mofo and train hard

    Sup man.. I'm on that same cycle now.. In the past 3 weeks I have gained 18 pounds. If you rest well, and have a kick ass diet you will see something like that I'm sure. I also drink a gallon + of water ed.

    My Daily Diet

    Ok, here is what I usually eat Daily, I do cheat once (sometimes twice) on the weekends with some pizza or some fatty greasy Italian food

    7 AM- Protein Shake, 5 eggs, 2 slices wheat toast, 1 1/2 cup of Special K Cerial with 1 Cup 2 % milk, 12 oz water

    10 AM- 2 Tins of Tuna with 3 tablespoons of Low fat Mayo

    12 PM - 2 Chicken Breasts (sometimes marinated with low fat ranch dressing, or lemon pepper), 1 Cup of white rice, apple sauce

    2 PM - 5 slices of Turkey on wheat bread, 2 Table spoons of low fat penut butter on wheat bread, Myoplex protein shake

    5 PM - I'll either have some fish (Salmon or swordfish) with rice, Asst. vegitables, 16oz baked potato

    8PM - 2 Chicken Breasts, 1 Cup white rice, Asst vegitables, Tomato Soup

    11PM - Sometimes will have 5 eggs or a Pure Protein bar (yummy) and a protein shake with low fat milk

    Some days I will mix it up with some lean red meat, a lean burger sometimes depends on my mood or what I'm sick of or what I have left in the fridge. When I started this meal 3 weeks ago, I was at 210 12% body fat, now I am 228 1/2 (will see tomorrow if it has changed) and 10% body fat, I'm 6'1 also. This is off the top of my head, I don't have my log book with me I left it at work, I always write down what I have to eat. I try to get about 300 grams of protein, 4000+ calories in me a day and try to keep the carbs and fat down to a minimum, sometimes it doesn't work out but owell, I'm not perfect. Usually if I eat late I'll rest for 30 mins and take a 30 minute walk with my 2 dogs. Thats about it.

    infinite - sounds good, id go wiht the dbol for 3-4 weeks tho.

    ravaz - thats the plan, gotta eat, eat, eat!!!

    AS wont do any good without food
