Armidex dosage problem

On my current cycle I am taking .25mg of armidex per day during my cycle. I had some l-dex that I was using so measuring out the small amount was pretty easy.
Now the problem. I am out of l-dex and am switching to tablets. The 1mg tablets are tiny to start with. How the hell am I supposed to cut them down into quarters?????? Every time I try, they just crumble.
Anyone have any ideas?

yo bro i have the same pills and i cut them in half,,,, i just get a sharp knife and just cut them all in half..... and put it back in the bottle//////

Yeah, that's probably the thing to do. I'll cut them in half all at once and then cut the halves in half as I need them.
It's amazing how .25mg of a drug can do anything in your body.

you could make them each pill into powder and then divide the powder into fourths....just a suggestion
