week one?

when is it considered the first week of a cycle. if i am injecting twice a week, is the first shot considered week one or after two shots completed considered one week? and also, at what week should one start noticing the gear kick in?



current cycle
1-10 deca 300 = 1cc

1-12 tesdt cyp 200 = 2cc

total of 3cc mixed together mon and thurs.

If your splitting the shots,after the second shot,that would complete week 1.

The gear your using will start to kick in around week 5.
