Alright T3 people, new guy needs some help
What's up guys, my order of T3 will be arriving in the next couple days and hopefully I will be able to jump on that ASAP with all of the proper precautions taken.
I plan on taking a trip to the doctors to get all the blood work and check-ups done to make sure my body is ready and capable of handling the cycle. My questions for now deal with taking a sample BBT before beginning.
Would factors such as the air conditioning level have an effect on my waking temperature (I like it cold, about 72)? I also have a box fan blowing right in my face all night long, any effect?

I have read up so much on T3 it is insane, almost anything that Mallet has written I have read. But I could not seem to find the answer to that question. I know what the temps should read for a properly functioning thyroid, but I didn't know if these two outside factors would have an effect on my waking body temp. I mean, if they did not the why would there even been such a thing as hypothermia if the body was not effected by the external temperature, so obviously outside factors affect body temps. I was just inquiring as to what degree.
Also I can't seem to find the T-100x anywhere, could someone let me know? The colleus is easy enough to get though.

Alright, thanks for the help bro. I didn't know if I should just go ahead and PM him without ever even having tried to get the info from someone on the boards.

aor.ca is the manufacturer of t-100x and coleus. From thier website, you can find a site that sells their products closest to you.
To answer the other posted question, it is very unlikely that ambient temp can affect your basal temp. The core temperature is quite evenly maintained. That is why you sweat and shiver in those circumstances. It is part of your bodies regulation mechanism for temperature.
The stupid editor keeps f'ing up. Here, read this link. Obviously, ignore the pregnancy info. But it tells the proper way to check your BBT and also things that cause low temps.

Yes your Outside temp has nothing to do with your core temp! Fans and airconditioners will not effect your BBT. To much movement, or getting up for a piss first will effect your BBT, so be still and take it before your feet hit the floor.

Definitely no fans needed for t3, but DNP .... better get 2 fans!

As has been said....outside/ambient temp has nothing to do with your internal workings....unless you're submerged in ice for hours....but otherwise a fan won't matter....we have our air on right now, and my bbt is higher than ever.

Alright so here is a list of the products I have picked up for thyroid support and PCT...
T-100x
Coleus
B-2
B-3
L-Thyrosine
Vitamin C
I already had B-6 and R-ALA
Is there anything more that I should buy?

The coleus and T-100X should be fine....I also take kelp too....so you shouldn't need more, but maybe if Mallet sees this? He could tell you more.

I got the idea to pick up these products from Mallet's post on Thyroid PCT. I am looking in to picking up some kelp/Iodine.

Are we taking one of these 2 to 3 times daily?
On a side note, I am going to begin taking a sample BBT when I wake the next few days leading up to my Doctors apt so I can tell him some extra details such as a low/high BBT, etc.

Yeah, I am making my appointment for sometime next week. Are there any specific tests I should ask to have run?
On a side note, I took my BBT for this morning and it was 97.4.

Alright, I took a sample of my BBT over the last 4 days and the reading were,
6/18-97.4
6/19-97.1
6/20-97.3
6/21-97.5
Seems pretty consistant, no real huge leaps. Now I just want to get my bloodwork done and then I'll begin my cycle. Hoping to do the 7/5 splits for 3-5 rotations.

Thos etemps aren't bad, your just outside of the low end of optimal..I don';t forsee any negative feedback from your blood panel with those numbers, it isn't going to take much t3 to get your BBT into the optimal range either.
