Powder Quality USP23, 24 etc..

Is there a big diff in quality for a powderthat is USP23 vs 24 or whatever orthose other units of Britgh powders use like 99 00 01 etc.. ?

If i can get USP23 from a source I trust is giving me real USP23, Is there any real motivation for me to hold off and look for someone selling USP24 or 25?

and what is the distinction between USP grades ?

When it comes to powders the USP rating doesn't mean sh*t (because of where almost all of the powders ultimately come from). No reason to try and find someone selling a higher grade USP.
