Hey im about to start my first cycle in a few days
sust-250 2x weekly with 30mg dbol for the first 4-5 days with 20mg nolva ed
wondering what a good workout routine is, hitting ONE muscle every day, or two a day? what about days off as I know recovery is much faster with the gear.
is it even possible to overtrain? what signs should I look for and what is the most optimal workout program assuming I can handle and force down just about anything. thanks for any input in advance people.
