Overtraining with Sust?
Hey im about to start my first cycle in a few days
sust-250 2x weekly with 30mg dbol for the first 4-5 days with 20mg nolva ed
wondering what a good workout routine is, hitting ONE muscle every day, or two a day? what about days off as I know recovery is much faster with the gear.
is it even possible to overtrain? what signs should I look for and what is the most optimal workout program assuming I can handle and force down just about anything. thanks for any input in advance people.

i do one bodypart a day split looks a lil like this...
1-chest
2-back
3-bi's/tri's
4-delts
5-legs
6-rest
Works best for me

I did a sust/deca cycle and I overtrained a little. I have a pain in my right elbow that will not go away. Just be careful, you will feel like you can lift the world but don't over do it. Also try maybe eod injections w/ sust. I had a senior member tell me this and I think I got better gains.

yeah one muscle group a day is good....keeps the wo around an hour to hour and a half....

The one Tribex recommends is a great routine. I do that "off-season". If you don't feel like your doing enough just up the volume a little. Train heavy and hard and you will pack on the size.
