Has anybody tried puff and pose steroids like what wwe wrestlers use? and im trying to get cut before summers over. im 6'2 i weigh right now 280 with 18% body fat but i want to be at like 245-255 before summers over and i just bought some clenbuterol and i have some ripped fuel. and i havent started yet because i wanted to get my body ready before taking it. what should i do to get to my goal because its gonna be impossible to get to 245-255 before the 2nd week of august. i need help fast. i only got 2 months before sports season and i need to get there.
heres what i have been doing:
5days a week run for 30-45min
5days a week work out differ parts of body. ex: day 1. biceps and shoulders
day 2. legs an back
day 3. chest, triceps
day 4. abs and cardio
