    Questions about cycle

    hey everyone, I'm in my second week of my first cycle. about 3 months ago i went on atkins lost about 40 lbs had a big belly. i was looking good. now i started my cycle and eating alot of food (not junk) but i seem to be getting flabby a little. would going back to atkins for a short time or taking a fat burner affect the positive results of my cycle? also i'm getting ready to add nolvadex and vitamin b6 to my cycle as per the cycles here on the site it just gives you mg's per week how do i break it up per day? i couldn't find any info about that. last but not least how long till i feel some results? i'm taking 300 mg's of test for 2 weeks then bumping up to 500 mg's. hopefully someone can shoot me some advice it will be grwatly appreciated.

    you need carbs....

    don't pyramid your test....

    just run your test at 500mgs ew and eat clean carbs....200-300 ed....

    Grams. Do not pyramid, it's a very out of date method.

    You want to keep your blood levels consistent. Don't pyramid. I would suggest taking between 400/500mg a week.

    Because the ester of your test will do that for you. Doing it yourself just lowers the amount of good growth time you'll get. 200-300 grams of carbs.

    i'm taking my 2nd shot tomorrow my first was last friday( only 250 mgs ) should i stick with 250 or jump to 500? also how long till i even feel a little result ( strength or definition)?

    ED = Every Day
    EOD = Every Other Day
    E3D = Every Third Day
    E4D = Every Fourth Day
    etc.

    you didnt plan any of this out before you started cycling. the atkins diet is a very poor choice for our type of lifestyle. you NEED carbs whethere your dieting or bulking. in your case since your on cycle, your gonna need atleast 40% of your calories to be carbs, so that leaves you with around 300-400 grams of carbs. 200 is leaning more towards the dieting or maintenance stage, atleast get in 250. you always need to overload on calories while on a cycle.

    i only went on atkins to trim done so i could bulk up in muscle. but now i'm eating alot of protein and some carbs but it seems like the flab is returning to my stomach. how do i lose my stomach but continue to eat the high carbs to have a sucessful cycle???? i planned my cycle acording to the novice cycle here on the site. but most of you are saying take test every 4 days the site here says once a week so i'm a bit confused. bear with me i'm new to this thats why i'm asking you guys for help. we all learn from each others mistakes and success i hope anyway....

    you need to try to eat 4-5 meals ed (every day), try to double your weight in protein ed, eat around 300-350 carbs ed (grams), try to drink a gallon of water ed, eat clean ie.brown rice, pasta, baked potatos, wheat bagels, grapenuts, whole wheat bread, protein should be chk breasts, pork chops, steaks (ribeyes are higher in fat so stay with sirloin or tbone), lean hamburger. Now you eat clean and step up your cardio and you will loose the gut. If your test is 200mgs per cc/ml, then shoot 1cc on monday, shoot another cc/ml on thursday. Main thing is hit the weights hard and step up your cardio.

    oh sh!t...i forgot...if your test is 250mgs then the same thing would apply....icc monday, 1cc thursday...what i'm trying to say is just keep the dosage simple and the same through your entire cycle...400mgs ew (every week) or 500mgs ew...you should have good results if your diet and training is in check...
