    how should i take these half a day 25mgs also when should i take them??? thanks guys

    1/2 in the morning 1/2 in the evening i presume u mean the tabs but it doesnt matter will work the same

    Take 50 mg a day and split it up into 2 dosages... 25mg at a time. What else are you stacking it with?
