ok bros i have just got some qv dbol at 10mg i know there legit check it out on a search here my ? is i will be taking 30mg a day is it ok to do it three times a day at 10mg each or should i cut them in half and spread it out throught out the day?

some people spread some people like to take them before workout for the pump,D-boll IMO would be of better use spread out....
