    off cycle?

    How long should an of cycle go?, some guy at my supplement store said that I should wait till my next cycle this guy has been a hater since day one. Im on my third week of test-e at 500mg a week?, this dude has me confused can you please help?

    your asking how long a cycle should last? if its your first run it 10-12 weeks. if your more experience it could go anywhere from 12 to 24 weeks. the amount of time you spend on any cycle should be equal to the amount of time you spend off.

    also, for your own benefit dont tell ANYONE about your steroid use . it only takes 1 rat to **** you over.
