    forearms injecitons

    my buddy at the gym does it in forearms? anyone ever try that?

    i had a friend do it, couldnt move his arm for over a week. he said its one of the dumbest things he's ever done.

    maybe he is looking for localized-muscle growth in the forearm...still there are too many nerves its insanely painful to do it frequently

    i heard of B12 injects into forearms using a slin pin. It might have been doc holiday who said that

    There are a couple of Vets on this board that do Forearm injections.. You have to be a true junkie to take it that far though
