Liquid Clen. question

My girl wants to get on clen. The liquid comes in a 30ml bottle of 200 mcg/ml. How does she take this as far as doses?

Well, I have the same size and dosage from LN, each squirt is supposed to be 20mcg. Some people say to use an insulin syringe though for more exact dosing.

Start low and work up till the sides become unbearable, I don't know for sure about female dosing though. I am sure it is probably slightly lower then for men, so no more then 80-100mcg per day at the max dosing.
