what mg / ed would u use?


1000mg for milk thistle, but i wasnt sure of ALA/Cranberry

and also does anyone know anywhere thats real cheap for these 3 items in the UK or that ships to the UK? the place i was gonna use seems expensive

bro you can get liv 52 off internet very cheap and with milk thistle and cranberrie liver is flushed clean
