I'm getting ready to start my first cycle of DNP, taking 200mg a day for 10 days and MAYBE bumping it up to 400mg for the last couple days, depending on how I fee.
I have read that a lot of guys do not train or train very little while on cycle due the side effects. So my question is, who here still lifts while on DNP?
If I feel good, should I lift, or maybe just stick to some LIGHT cardio?
