You dont have to be at a perfect right angle. Thats why you use a 1.5 inch pin in your glute.

I shot prop yesterday, right cheek is sore, I think I hit a nerve.

It probaly was a bitch to push in because you are using a 23 guage. I was filling vials with a 23 guage today, and it was a pain in the ass. he funny thing was I thought I had an 18 guage on there, I was like WTF!!!!

If you hit a nerve you would know it immediately!!! It would hurt and there is little chance you would go ahead and inject anyways when your leg would be spasiming.
