what to stack with?

also include your basic diet intakes... protein, carbs, etc...

If youve done a few cycles think about fina. I stacked sust with fina and wished I had done prop and fina because I hear the gains are great

test prop to kickstart then use test e/c and deca would work

I just had back to back shoulder surgerys and I blew up to 191 (got fat), now im back down to 166. Im 5-9 and Im a total novice, this is he first roids Ive ever done. This isnt really my lifestyle I just wanna gain mass and strength to protect myself from injury again because Im a contractor and have a really physical job. Im also taking 6amino acid pills a day , and 3 creatine caps before and after my workouts. Im eating steak, eggs, tons of fruit, baked potatoes, and bassically drinking water like crazy. I will continue to workout after my cycle but Im really concerned with keeping my gains and strength. Well hopefully thats alot more info to give ya , that will help you to help me decide the best stack. I was thinking anadrol, andriol, or deca durabolin.
