Best legal steroid alternative?

In your guys opinion, what works best for you besides AAS?

for myself i'd say both creatine and a good protien powder.

If you were thinking Andro, don't. It's a BIG waste of money.

I'll bump to that......it's DEFINITELY the magic pills..

A super strict eating regime along with a good whey pretein, creatine, l-glutamine and a good multi-vitamin. You would be surprised at the gains to be made if your disciplined.
