What size pin?

Just got my gear in and i need to know what size pin to use with what i am taking:

shang eq250
qv stan50

i was told 22 with a 1in pin?

23g-1" should work fine, no need to go any larger

23-25g is what i use for all spots

1'' for delts and quads
1 1/2 for glutes ( i use 1'' for glutes but thats cause i don't have a big ass)

i use 5/8 25g for bis, tris, pecs, delts
1" 22g for quads
1 1/2" 23g for glutes
