Wait about 2 weeks after your last shot of both.
Take 300mg clomid the first day
200mg clomid ED, wk1-2 20mg nolva, .25mg l-dex ED wk1-4
100mg clomid ED wk3
50mg clomid ED wk4

You have your gear sheduled perfectly. 30 tabs is no where near enough to complete PCT!!!! Since you are gonna have to order more try this

40mgs E/D of nolvadex for 3 weeks
50mgs E/D of Clomid for 3 weeks or untill you feel normal again.

Or if you just want to use clomid shedule it like this

300mgs Clomid for the first day
200mgs Clomid for the first week
100mgs Clomid for the second week
50mgs Clomid for the third week and untill normal again.

I like this better than the standard 300/100/50, but what does the b-6 do if you are not concerned about prolactin levels or should it be omited if your taking deca?

What do you do the B6 for, mudman? Deca cycles?

It's a good idea to use B6 durring PCT even if there are no drugs being used that raise progestrogen levels.......... when shutdown prolactin levels could rise and hinder PCT
