    EQ hunger

    Hey this is for all the guys experienced with EQ.. Is the hunger a very uncomfortable side? cuz i know i like the feeling of never being full and also it will help me eat more on the cycle. IS it much more serious than im thinking? And lastly, what if i dont eat every time i get this hunger? is that when it shreds you up? thanks

    nahh eat but eat clean. I get the eq hunger in the morning.

    Its not an uncomfortable side for me. I like the feeling.

    oh sorry about that .. I meant if you dont eat when you get the EQ hunger, is that when you get really veiny etc..
