Going on a journey

I have been to cancun, saw gear in every street corner pharmacy, My job is sending me to Aruba tomorrow on business, anyone been to Aruba, anyone been there? is gear as available there? any knowledge would be helpful. Hey, I guess the worse thing that could happen would be me spending my time on the beach instead of combing the local pharmacies.

Got back this past weekend, must have went to every pharmacy on that damn island, big NEGATIVE on gear. If you go back, dont waste you time

How would you even bring it back with you??? You can transport that shit through airplanes can you? Can you just stick it in your luggage??? Wouldn't airport security find them and confiscate(sp?) them? Or do you mail them to yourself?
