It's too short-lived to be useful to you.Originally Posted by Big_BoneZ

impretty sure there was ajust a thread on this a couple days ago bro.. do a search i think there might be more info on it there.. but id like to know a lil more about this ATP as well seems very interesting..
Really, the half-life is so incredibly short that it wouldn't have any real benefit
I know that Olympic sprinters have used injectable ATP.
I said in the other post about it that it may be beneficial for like a 400-800m sprinter, but beyond that, it's worthles. A shorter sprint isn't really ATP-limited....a longer run won't matter, because the half-life of ATP is so short. For BBers, you'd need to inject between each set to make it even reasonably worthwhile.Originally Posted by mistasmif
so they would inject right before the race bro??
Yes, but I was talking to an MD that used to be a competitive cyclist, and he said he didn't see any advantage to it. I don't either.Originally Posted by H-BOL
The injectable ATP product I'm about to try is 250mg/ml. You inject 1ml 24 hrs prior to competition then 1ml 4-6 hrs prior to competition. The injection hurts like a mofo. I'll post a review/results in a few days.
