I don't have any anti-e! I didn't get Nolvadex with this cycle. My nipples haven't been sore and I have been watching out for it. Thanks for the reply, I was starting to think people didn't like me.

I have been training in the following way:
Monday - Chest
Tues- Bi & Tri
Wed - Back & Shoulders
Thurs - Legs
Fri - Chest
I am a little overweight (15 lbs) so I have been eating well but not too much. I am adding a multi vitamin and a B-Complex. I drink 2 protein shakes a day mixed with water (whey). Would you add cardio and up the calories? What do you suggest. Thanks again for the help!
