Exclamation Blood in needle upon pulling out

Nevr have I had this happen to me. When I pulled the needle out of my delt, some blood got transffered in upon pulling it out. When I originally put it in I drew it back, and no worries there, I think it just performed some type of suction when pulling out. Because I bled after pulling out for a few seconds. Anything I should be worried about?

what do you mean when you say you originally put it in, you drew it back? you put the needle in and pulled "back" on it instead of pushing in to inject the fluid?
