What a good roid to start out on.. that will build muscle mass and decrease fat..???any ideas
the two favorite basic cycles for beginners are:
test / deca / dbol - for bulking
test / deca / winny - for cutting
** eq can be exchanged for deca **
Here is a great beginner cycle
Week 1 - 4 DBol - 30mg Every Day
Week 1 - 8 Deca - 400mg
Week 1 - 8 Sust - 500mg
I would agree with "gsims" but I would increase it to 10 weeks of the deca/sus and of course the clomid![]()
Why would someone going on a first cycle need test??? Like enanthate, that's too "advanced" for beginners. Guys like us just need deca/sus/winny/dbol/anavar the results will be quite good at just that (not all those at the same time)![]()
What's your stats (BF level determins what you need if at all)???What's your goal (Bulk/Cut)???Because seems, from your question, you need more than AAS help...

I can speak fro experience that on the first cycle, a little goes a long way. Test is probably the best for a beginner. Test/Deca is better yet.
