    Dehydrated???

    I am drinking a gallon to one and a half a day but my mouth and throat still seems very parched and I feel sluggish at times. Is this just a normal side effect of busting my butt, gear and busting my butt some more or do I need to drink even more h2o? I pss every 20 minutes as it is!!!!
