    week 9 I did the 150 dumbells for incline chest

    This was a awesome thing for me and I thought I would shamelessly post the fact I did the 150's.

    Anything over 110 is big boy status so that is ok. I am 5'8 190 and when I put them on my knees they are like passed my ears on my lap. Pretty funny!

    5'8 190.
    cycle is anavar 35 mg a day and cyp 400 mg a wk
    extending the cycle a bit now but I am finishing with 30 amps of winstrol

    Yeah most gyms dont, theres only one gym Ive ever been too out my way that has 160s they look pretty crazy, Ill tell you that much .

    First off - that is a great acheivment. Second - I am going to go with your quote, I just did flat with 110's for the first time last week. So I will be trying for flat 115's soon. I know flats aren't incline but oh well. It still feels good.

    Ya dude thats awesome im about the same size as you are.. or was on cycle..lol.. i remmeber doing the 125s... and being excited.. 150s would have made me post it also!! btw my gym only goes up to 125s i was breakin balls to get more but i gave up on asking when my cycle was over....lol...good job

    I did 120's naturally a long long time ago so I hope to maintain the 130's at least. Its going to be a tough post cycle man but I am going to try like hell to retain

    Yep, you can watch Ronnie Coleman in the Unbelievable video press 200lbs for flat (12 reps) and Incline (6 or 7 reps).

    Anyplace can build them for you, for example we have play it again sports here. There are standard bar lengths and then they add the right size plates and walla you have custom dumbbells.

    Never seen over 200 though as when you press them they are so wide that they would hit at the top.

    Good job, I love to see guys in my weight class being able to lift heavy. Im doing 125's on incline b/c I cant go any higher(my gym doesnt have any higher wt =( ). And Im really happy, I can relate to how you feel man.
