Anything to take for joint soreness for Winny???
Just wondering if there is anything you can take(supplements) to help offset the soreness and joint tightness from Winny??? And no, too late to start Deca and didnt want to anyway. My freackin muscles are tight as a MOFO and I love it but I feel like I can barely move my upper body around my joints are so tight!! Cardio in the a.m. has been a BITCH!! I;ve been stretching. But is there anything I can supplement with??? And if so, how much/day??? Thanks Bro's!!!

I have been treating my joint soreness with 2000mg/day of gluecosimine.
Of course you could always add a low dose of Deca

Th glucosamine combo will surley help your joints, even if you take it before experiencing any injuries or pain it will help maintan your joint flexibility and prevent injury.

bextra is a non steroidal anti inflammatory. It's an arthritis drug. I've been taking mobic (a similar drug) for my herniated disc, and i've found it's nearly eliminated pain in the knee i had surgery on last year.
