V B12 injection question

what is the smallest needle i can use to inject B12. Also how much B12 should i be doing on the average day. thank you

you can have 500mcg ed. i use 25g 1" pinz for b12

I use a slin pin myself...and 500 mcgs ED is a good dose bro.

insulin pin all the way, why bother with an extra IM shot when u don't have to!?
btw. I use 30g 5/8" for mine
