    Too good to be true??

    Hey whats up guys, i heard that people using 10g of b5 for the first week and then a maintenance dose 1-3g per day is unbelievalble for treating acne. Ever since my cycle i got acne on my shoulders and back. What do you guys think, too go good to be true??

    It's 10g until acne gets better then maintence dose....... You have nothing to lose..... except the acne....... it helps me while on

    I have some powder... but its makes me want to throw up. I heard that someone uses pills and just as cheap... so where can I find some?

    what about a total b vitamine supplement while on a cycle, or do you just need b5?

    I might be wrong but all of the total vitamin b supplements dont have anywhere near enough B5

    i dunno but where can i find this b5 you guys speak of? i went to walgreens and asked for it and the lady looked at me like i had 4 eyes...
