.my new diet goes like this:
5200/cals a day
Protein 1980cal 495g
Carbs 2700cal 675g
fat 520cal 50 g(but im gonna lower that to 30-35g)
note: its going 2 be hard to stuff all that down with 6 meals a day but it can be done(will this help my cycle out im in 5th wk at test cypionate 500mg wk and deca 500mg a wk was thinking of upping the test to 600mg wk what do you think?
