Alright,
I had rarely worked out my thighs before except for the running and hiking i get in at work. However, I thought I 'd work it into my week. A day of thighs: curls, squats, extensions. etc. Well that was yesterday morning and today, I can barely walk. I go to work in a few, and I am required to drive, walk, hike, and run at work. Just want to know what I should take that wont screw with my current cycle: test400 and deca 300 + nolva. To top it off, my ass is sore as I juiced yesterday. Any ideas?
