Newbie
Hi im new to the whole steroids thing, through a cousin im gettin hold of some napplons (i think ) I really only want to use em to jump start my training, so one course then try go on natural i was wandering if anyone could help by telling me how with these tablets (and no injections) i can keep as much strength / mass as possible wen i come off the steroids. Thx in advance

You shouldn't do it IMO. You're a bit too young. What you should concentrate on is eating right, training hard, and resting. How long have you been lifting? What are your goals?

been lifting for about 7 months, seein no results i just want to jump start my trainin a bit, i was lookin to go on for 30 days, they arent napps they are oxybolone, wot u guys think?

I think.. no... you have only been training for 7 months you probobly dont know how to make gains yet you should be in the supplement forum,and workout forum.

Dude, what I suggest is to give yourself @ least 1 yr of training, but hard intense training. Then I would go with supplements. At your age that's what you should be doing. Hey I started working out(intensly) when I was 21, and I worked out for 2 yrs. No AS ,nothing, just straight natural and when I first started I weighed 182, benching the highest 205. 2 yrs later I was @ 191-192(fluctuated) and was benching 335. All that progress in just being natural. Trust me dont get discouraged just work hard, and youll get there.

i'm glad u've decided against it, but its not about scaring the crap out of you. its about educating you. get all the info you can. then make a good decision. but if scaring the crap out of you works thats ok to.

If I were to go on the oxybolone now wot would b the effects? i know someone who's been on the exact tablets i was offered since he was 15 an at the moment he seems fine. So is the damage more long term?

danny you got good advice, be smart & patient. 7 months is not long at all. Im a hard gainer, been that way all my life. I started lifting late in life about 28. My weight was perhaps 130lbs. I was a stick. Took me many years to gain 35lbs .(at presently I'm 180) But if your small bone frame like I am the few pounds of muscell shows. Good luck
