i know some of you have had experiances. so please give me some good avised on the sh*t i should tell people who ask.

i tell them i do steroids its nice having parents and a wife that know your dark secrets. actually, i lived that lie for a long time before i finally came to grips and told them. now that i have a prescription, everything is all good. my folks were only worried about the legalities behind it. they could care less about my health. jk...

Rule #1 of lying. Basic lies are the ones people believe. The more outlandish you get the more likely your lie is to fail. Either in your story telling, or just in it's own ridiculousness. Tell your Mom to eat 300g's of protein a day minimum with 4-5 days spent in the gym and then come back and talk to you about it. She never has nor will so she has no basis to judge physical change off. I'm sure you're doing some things in your diet and training that are crazy in the average persons eyes. Just bring those things up and mention they work great. Of course for another guy at the gym who you can tell isn't a schmuck this might not fly but that's not what we're talking about.

for real though I just tell my family....they need to know in case of emergencies....im 28 and have been on my own since 19 so its not like they can do anything about it....what like stop loving me?? they were upset (mainly mom) but they get over it after they saw how i seriously I was taking it...plus I was always very careful.......

yeah my wife is fine with it but she is the only one i have and will tell ever. my brother was a powerlifter in the 165lbs. weight catagory in this state but i still wouldnt tell him. he is theall natural type and wouldnt think it was the best way to do it. so i tell lies. its that simple.
